§ 47-213. - State requirements. Local, State, or Federal requirements and limitations on discharges shall apply in any case where they are more stringent than requirements and limitations in this chapter. The City shall notify all affected users of any change in the above-described requirements or limitations, including the promulgation and/or date of effectiveness of national categorical pretreatment standards.
