Sec. 714.107. - Levy of assessments. The Council shall follow the procedures and meet the requirements of F.S. Ch. 170 and F.S. Ch. 197, as applicable, in adopting legislation to levy and impose Assessments for a N.A.P. The reassessment or collection of an Assessment for a period of greater than 30 years in order to collect the entire intended amount of an Assessment shall not be construed to violate any statutory limitations, so long as the initial intended duration of the levy was less than 30 years.
