SEC. 92.0110. TEST OF NEW EQUIPMENT. The person who installs or constructs equipment covered by this Code shall notify the Department before such installation is covered and shall in the presence of a representative of the Department subject the equipment and installation to tests of capacity, speed, safety devices, governors, buffers and general operating conditions. All tests shall be made as hereinafter provided.
