3325.091 - Zoning Map The boundaries of the University District Zoning Overlay, as indicated in this chapter, shall be indicated on the Official Zoning Map. Any parcel located within the geographic boundaries of the University District Zoning Overlay that has been rezoned to a 2024 Zoning Code district designation will not be indicated in the Official Zoning Map as being part of the Neighborhood Commercial (NC) or Regional Commercial (RC) subareas of the University District Zoning Overlay.
