§ 43-93. - Notification of tests. Alarm businesses and permittees shall notify the police dispatcher at police communications and shall notify the Fire Department dispatcher prior to any service, test, repair, maintenance, adjustment, alteration or installation of any alarm system which would directly or indirectly result in an emergency services response. Any alarm received after such notification while the system is out of service shall not constitute a false alarm. Alarm businesses and permittees shall notify the Police and Fire Departments when said system is back in service. (Code 1980, § 43-93; Ord. No. 18214, § 1, 8-6-85; Ord. No. 26140, § 1, 5-7-19)
