SECTION 305 EDUCATIONAL GROUP E * * * 305.2 Group E, day care facilities. * * * [Pursuant to the UCC, delete Section 305.2.3 and replace as follows:] B-305.2.3 Twelve or fewer children in a dwelling unit. A facility such as the above within a dwelling unit and having twelve or fewer children receiving such day care shall be classified as a Group R-3 occupancy and shall comply with the provisions of Section B-429 of this code. * * *
