SEC. 103.26. TRUE NAME, AGE AND ADDRESS. No person who sells or otherwise disposes of goods, wares or merchandise to a permittee conducting a business listed in Sec. 103.25 or to said permittee’s employee or agent shall fail or refuse to give their true name, correct age, and correct address.
