§ 15-10-99 - LIMITATIONS ON ISSUANCE OF WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT. (A) The director may not approve an application for issuance, transfer or renewal of a permit unless the director: (1) determines the application is complete, accurate, and meets the requirements of this chapter, or federal, state and local regulation; (2) completes an inspection of the premises; (3) approves the installation of required facilities or equipment; and (4) determines the proposed discharge complies with the requirements of this chapter.
