§27.2968 Impermissible Use of Professional Expense Funds (a) It is unlawful for a City Official or candidate to use any funds in a professional expense checking account to pay a judgment, settlement, fine, sanction, or other type of penalty. (b) It is unlawful for a City Official or candidate to transfer any funds in a professional expense checking account to any other committee. (Amended 9-12-2000 by O-18846 N.S.)
