§61.1605 Resolution Determining Necessity of Dissolution: Boundaries: Effect of Determinations At the conclusion of the hearing, the Council shall by resolution determine whether it is necessary to dissolve the improvement district. If so, the resolution shall state that the exterior boundaries of the improvement district are set forth on a map on file with the City Clerk and shall declare the improvement district dissolved.
