4-144-460 Operating without a license. In addition to any other applicable fine or penalty, any person who engages in the business of a professional firearm curator without first having obtained the required license shall be subject to a fine of not less than $3,000.00 nor more than $5,000.00 for each offense. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Added Coun. J. 10-16-13, p. 61856, § 1)
