Sec. 4.231. Guarantee. Each officer or employee qualifying for reimbursement under this article shall be guaranteed, each pay period, mileage reimbursement equal to the number of days in the pay period for which the officer or employee receives reimbursement under the provisions of Section 4.230 of this article, times ten miles.
