18.18.420 - Effective date.
The provisions of this chapter that were in effect from May 7, 2005 until the effective date of this ordinance shall remain in effect for building permits for which applications were made during that time. Building permits for which applications were made after the effective date of this ordinance shall be subject to this ordinance.
