§ 25-11-144 - INSPECTION. (A) The building official shall inspect the building to be moved and the proposed location of the building to determine whether the move complies with applicable city ordinances. (B) The building official may not issue a permit if the building official determines that: (1) the structure cannot safely be moved; or (2) the structure cannot be made to comply with city ordinances in its proposed location.
