4-376-210 Examination and qualification. In order to determine the competence of an individual with respect to one or more of the recognized branches of mason work, the Commissioner shall administer a written examination, which shall be sufficiently strict to test the examinee's knowledge of elementary and practical topics related to the designated branch of mason work.
