Sec. 22.238. Attendance of Persons other than Members of Los Angeles Police Department Authorized. The Chief of Police of Los Angeles is hereby authorized to permit persons who are members of any other police Department, sheriff’s Department, or other Federal, State, County or City department, or members of any other organization having to do with the public safety, to attend the classes and sessions of the Police Training Program of the Los Angeles Police Department, upon payment of the fees prescribed therefor.
