18-29-701.2 Sewer required. Every building in which plumbing fixtures are installed and every premises having drainage piping shall be connected to a public sewer, where available. When a public sewer is not available, drain pipes from buildings shall be connected to a drainage system for sewage disposal, as approved by the Commissioner of Water Management. (Amend Coun.
