§ 9-6. Penalties. (a) In general. Any owner or operator who violates any provision of this subtitle or of a rule, regulation, or standard adopted under this subtitle is subject to a fine of up to $1,000. (b) Each day a separate offense. Each day that a violation continues is a separate offense. (Ord. 02-443.)
