47:818.6. Inconsistent provisions The provisions of this Part shall supersede the provisions of Parts I, IV, and V of Chapter 7 of Subtitle II of this Title to the extent that they are inconsistent or in conflict herewith. The provisions of Parts I, IV, and V of this Chapter shall remain in effect to the extent that they are not inconsistent or in conflict with this Part. Acts 2005, No. 252, §1, eff. July 1, 2006.
