§ 8-152. - Violations. It shall be unlawful to violate the provisions of Article III, including a failure to annually register a released menacing or dangerous animal or a failure to comply with the conditions of a Court order for release of a menacing or dangerous animal. An Animal Welfare Officer shall issue a citation to the owner of a menacing or dangerous animal when said animal is found in violation of any of the provisions of this division. (Ord.
