(a) It is unlawful for any person to intentionally provide false information, or intentionally fail to provide material information, in any application, report, plan, or other document submitted to the City or for any permit issued pursuant to this Article.
(b) It is unlawful for any person to intentionally render inaccurate any monitoring device or method required by a permit issued pursuant to this Article, or to intentionally provide a false or inaccurate wastewater sample to the City.
