2.02.050 - Meeting dates and frequency. The Council shall meet in regular session twice each month, on the first and third Wednesdays in each month, unless one or both of the meetings is cancelled as provided for in Section 2.02.060; provided, however, that at least one regular Council meeting is held during each month.
