18A.260. Regulations of investments Assets held for the state public employees deferred compensation trust fund shall be invested as permitted by KRS 18A.230 to 18A.275. However, investments by participants in self-directed brokerage accounts shall be limited to securities registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission only.
