58-1310a. Rules and regulations. (a) The attorney general of the state of Kansas may adopt any rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of K.S.A. 58-1304 and 58-1308 , and amendments thereto. (b) The state board of education may adopt any rules and regulations to implement the provisions of paragraph (1) of subsection (a) of K.S.A. 58-1304 , and amendments thereto. (c) The secretary of administration may adopt any rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of K.S.A. 58-1301 et seq. and amendments thereto.
