Sec. 656.399.48. - Exception from requirements. This Subpart is not applicable to those properties which are contained within areas that are Developments of Regional Impact. Additionally, the requirements of this Subpart shall not be applicable to any rezoning application which was officially filed with the Department prior to May 8, 2007, as evidenced by a receipt showing a paid application fee dated on or before May 8, 2007.
