4-83-120 Inspections. The commissioner of aviation, the commissioner of buildings, the fire commissioner and their respective designees are authorized to conduct periodic inspections of any heliport for the purposes of determining compliance with the requirements of this chapter or any rule and regulation promulgated thereunder.
