SEC. 28-153. DISPOSITION OF FINES AND FORFEITURES. All fines or forfeitures collected upon conviction or upon the forfeiture of bond of any person charged with a violation of a provision of this chapter shall be paid into the city treasury and deposited in the general fund. (Ord. 14584)
