There is hereby created in the city a commission area to be known as the Westland area, containing approximately four thousand two hundred thirty-six (4,236) acres and eleven thousand thirty-seven (11,037) dwelling units, located west of the Greater Hilltop commission area and bounded as follows:
Beginning at the junction of the centerlines of I-270 and of Big Run South Road; thence northwesterly and northerly along the centerline of I-270 to the Conrail railroad tracks; thence westerly along said tracks to the western fork of Hellbranch Creek; thence southerly along said creek to its intersection with the centerline of Grove City Road; thence easterly and northeasterly along the centerline of Grove City Road to the centerline of Big Run South Road; thence northeasterly along the centerline of Big Run South Road to the place of beginning.
The Westland area commission is hereby established as the representative advisory area commission for the Westland area pursuant to Chapter 3109, C.C., having the powers and duties thereof in accordance with the regulations therein and the bylaws, rules, and selection procedure for the Westland area commission filed with the city clerk and approved hereby.
