§ 12-3-3 - DESIGNATION OF METERED PARKING SPACES. (A) The city traffic engineer shall establish the location and duration of metered parking spaces on streets and within City-operated parking lots or facilities where the city traffic engineer determines that the flow of traffic requires a higher level of management.
