13.36.125 - Violation of LVMC 13.36.030(H). The maximum fine for a violation of Subsection (H) of LVMC 13.36.030 is ten dollars. In accordance with State law, a court may order the defendant to perform supervised community service in lieu of all or a part of any fine that may be imposed. (Ord. No. 6755, § 2, 11-4-20)
