Sec. 135-862. - Administration. The one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the assessor's cash change fund established under section 135-861 shall be paid by a warrant drawn on the appropriate fund in favor of the assessor without the need for an appropriation. The assessor shall account for the fund in the same manner as other funds, and shall return the entire fund to the appropriate fund whenever there is a change in the custodian or when the fund is no longer needed. (G.O. 3, 2011, § 1)
