in effect103.73 - Seventy-Second Ward.
The boundaries of the Seventy-Second Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the point of intersection of I-270 and east right of way of the C & O Railroad, then north along the C & O Railroad right of way to a point north of Hard Road being the Columbus Corporation line and Perry Township boundary line, thence continuing east in an irregular path crossing the Perry-Sharon Township line, Olentangy River Road and Olentangy River to the point just west of U.S. Route 23 where the boundary goes north, then north and west in an irregular path to the Columbus Corporation-Delaware County boundary, then east on said boundary to U.S. Route 23, then south on the west right of way of U.S. Route 23 and jogging west from U.S. Route 23 north of Flint Road, then east crossing U.S. Route 23, then south on an irregular path to I-270, then west on the north right of way of I-270 to the Olentangy River, then north on the Olentangy River to a point, then west, south, west, crossing Route 315 and continuing in a westerly direction in an irregular path following the Sharon Township-Columbus Corporation boundary to the Sharon Township-Perry Township boundary, then south to the south right of way of Hard Road to the Olentangy River Road, thence south, west, south, east, west following said corporation line and said corporation line now being the north line of Columbus and Worthington Corporation, thence continuing north along Linworth Road crossing Snouffer Road, then west on the north right of way of Snouffer Road to the east right of way of the C & O Railroad, then north on said right of way to the place of beginning, and shall also include that territory annexed to the city of Columbus by Ordinance No. 1014-85, passed on May 5, 1985, Ordinance No. 1820-85, passed on September 16, 1985, Ordinance No. 2210-87, passed on October 16, 1987, Ordinance No. 651-88, passed on April 4, 1988.
