4-64-800 Stay of operation, application, and enforcement of certain provisions. (a) The operation, application, and enforcement of Sections 4-64-810 and 4-64-830 is hereby stayed. (b) In the event Chapter 3-49 of this Code is invalidated by a court of competent jurisdiction or by legislation, the operation, application, and enforcement of Sections 4-64-810 and 4-64-830 shall commence on the 90th day following the date of the final judicial determination or the effective date of the legislation, as applicable.
