§ 11-245.75 Alternative exemption for veterans; school district taxation exempted. Pursuant to subparagraph (i) of paragraph (d) of subdivision two of section four hundred fifty-eight-a of the real property tax law, the city hereby provides that the exemptions allowable in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of subdivision two of section four hundred fifty-eight-a of the real property tax law shall be applicable to school district taxation.
