Sec. 54-726. - Escorts. The city traffic engineer may require oversize moves to be police escorted to ensure the safety of motorists, pedestrians and other affected persons or property. The city traffic engineer may also require oversize moves to be escorted by personnel of the traffic engineer's office to effect immediate repair of damaged traffic-control devices.
