§ 12.5-639 WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT DECISIONS. (a) The director will evaluate the data furnished by a user’s permit application, and may require additional information. (b) Within a reasonable period of time following receipt of a complete wastewater discharge permit application, the director will determine whether to issue a wastewater discharge permit. (c) The director may deny any application for a wastewater discharge permit. A permit denial may be appealed in accordance with the procedures set forth in § 12.5-119 of this chapter.
