3310.13 - Functions of development commission. The development commission shall have all of the powers, authority and duties granted to it by ordinances of council, and by Section 713.02 of the Ohio Revised Code, to the extent that the same are not in conflict with the Columbus City Codes, the Charter, or with ordinances or resolutions heretofore enacted by council. The development commission, in addition to the duties set forth above, shall serve as an advisory body to the Director, and the city council in matters related to the preparation, execution and administration of urban renewal development, rehabilitation and conservation plans.
