§ 15-40. - Penalty. Any person violating a provision of this article or any proclamation or order issued pursuant hereto shall be guilty of a Class "b" offense and upon conviction be punished by a fine not exceeding $750.00, excluding costs or imprisonment in the City Jail not exceeding six months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
