2.34.190 - Arts Commission—Dissolution. In the event of the repeal of this Chapter and the dissolution of the Arts Commission all funds remaining in the Arts Fund and Municipal Arts Fund shall revert to the City and be used for artistic purposes except as follows: (A) All remaining Percent for the Arts funds shall revert to the City general fund to be used in the discretion of the City Council. (B) Any restricted gift or donations shall be used for the purpose specified in the restriction or returned to the donor. (Ord. 5654 § 10, 2003)
