§ 11-1319 Construction and enforcement. Section 11-1302 and the provisions of this chapter related thereto shall be construed and enforced in conformity with chapter 235 of the laws of 1952. Section 11-1302.1 and the provisions of this chapter related thereto shall be construed and enforced in conformity with subdivision e of section 110 and sections 111, 112 and 113 of the public housing law.
