§ 29-82. - Workers employed to be licensed or registered. No mechanical contractor shall employ any person to work in the mechanical trade unless the person employed is licensed or registered to do such work under the terms of this Code. Any journeyman employed by a mechanical contractor shall only perform mechanical work in the category or categories listed on his/her valid State license. (Ord.
