501.99 - Code penalty. Whoever violates any provisions of this Business Regulation and Licensing Code, where another penalty is not provided, shall be guilty of a third degree misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for not more than sixty (60) days, or both. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued. (Ord. No. 0768-2024, § 3, 3-18-2024)
