3325.119 - Appeals A. Appeals of Staff Decisions. Within 10 calendar days of a decision by the city staff regarding a Certificate of Approval, any person directly affected by said decision may file an appeal to the Review Board. B. Appeals of Review Board Decisions. Within 10 calendar days of a decision by the Review Board regarding a Certificate of Approval, any person directly affected by said decision may file an appeal to the Board of Commission Appeals, as provided for in Chapter 3118.
