§ 18-47. - Refusal to issue permit. The Chief Electrical Inspector may refuse to issue a permit for the installation of electric wiring, as herein provided, or for any additions or extensions to any electric wiring in or on any building where, in his/her judgment, the wiring done or proposed to be done is unsafe or not in accordance with the provisions of this Code.
