El Paso City Code § 19.65.010 Conflict of laws.

19.65.010 - Conflict of laws. In the event that any portion of Title 19 (Subdivision and Development Plats) conflicts with V.T.C.A., Local Government Code Ch. 212, the conflicting portion of Title 19 shall be replaced with the prevailing portion of V.T.C.A., Local Government Code Ch. 212, as may be amended.
