SEC. 13-7. DEPARTMENT OF DALLAS MUNICIPAL COURT CREATED; DIRECTOR. There is hereby created the department of municipal court and detention services, the director of which shall be the clerk of the municipal court of record who shall be known as the municipal clerk.
