7.38.080 - Impoundment—Release fee. Animals running at large shall be impounded at the Animal Protection Services Center for seventy-two hours, or for such other period as may be required by State or Federal law or regulations, within which time the owner may prove ownership and remove such animal upon the payment of a fee for its impoundment in the amount of one hundred dollars, which shall go to the credit of the City of Las Vegas.
