18.32.010 - Recommended Requirements to Code Officials for Solar Heating, Cooling and Hot Water Systems—Adopted.
The publication entitled "Recommended Requirements to Code Officials for Solar Heating, Cooling and Hot Water Systems, June 1980," a copy of which, authenticated by the signature of the mayor and city clerk, and made a public record by resolution of the city council, is on file in the city clerk's office, is adopted as the requirements for solar heating, cooling and hot water systems of the city, as fully as if copied at length in this chapter. The provisions contained in such publication are adopted as mandatory requirements which must be followed with respect to solar heating, cooling and hot water systems in the city and such provisions are not to be considered as just directory or recommended requirements.
