2578. Liability for deterioration at the time of redemption During the time allowed for redemption, the buyer must administer the thing sold with the degree of care of a prudent administrator. He is liable to the redeeming seller for any deterioration of the thing caused by the lack of such care. Acts 1993, No. 841, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 1995.
