Sec. 12-12-8. - Notices to property owners to contain warning. Every notice to property owners with reference to concrete work in and about public places required to be done by such property owners, shall contain a warning to the effect that concrete workers are required to be under bond to the city, to observe faithfully the provisions of this chapter, and that, having faithfully observed all city regulations, they are entitled to receive from the city engineer a certificate to that effect.
